- Online Courses and Training Programs
- Cancellation within 7 Days: If you cancel your enrollment in a course or training program within 7 calendar days of purchase and have not accessed more than 10% of the course material, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 Days or Significant Access: No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the purchase date or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed (as tracked by our learning management system).
- Coaching and Consulting Services
